- Richard Cullen (1580): Husbandman of Upton c.1540-1580. Long recognized as the earliest member of the Cullen Family in Upton, Nottinghamshire.
- Thomas Cullen (1628): Yeoman and Churchwarden of Upton from 1600-1625. Widely believed to be the son of Richard Cullen above.
- Susanna Cullen (1652): The wife of Thomas Cullen, Yeoman of Upton (c1573-1628). They were married in November of 1611 in Upton. There's lots of family detail in this will.
- William Taylor (1674): William Taylor, Yeoman of Oxton. Married to Susanna, daughter of Gervase & Katherine (Robinson) Cullen, in 1671.
- John Cullen (1696): Yeoman of Upton.
- Katherine Cullen (1705): Administration Bond of Katherine Cullen, widow of Upton and wife of Gervase Cullen who died in Upto in 1665/66.
- Gervase Cullen (1708): Yeoman of Upton and husband to Theodosia. A complex will with incredible holdings of real estate, indicating a high status in Upton.
- John Archer (1712): Labourer of Upton, and father to Susanna Archer who married into the Cullen family.
- Thomas Cullen (1715): Yeoman of Upton c.1652-1715. His family connection to the Cullens of Upton is not known for certain but we have some very good clues!
- Gervase Cullen (1722): Yeoman of Upton. He was the nephew of Gervase (d.1708) & Theodosia Cullen in the will listed above.
- Richard Cullen (1725): Victualler of Norwell. His wife was Mary. Listed children were: William, Elizabeth, Mary, and Anne.
- Thomas Cullen (1773): Thomas Cullen the Elder, Yeoman of Upton (1703-1773). His 2'nd wife was Anne Pindar.
- John Cullen (1805): Farmer of Upton (1703-1773).
