Written Dec 10, 1725 In the Name of God Amen I Rich: Cullen of Norwell in the County of Nottm Victualler being of Perfect mind & memory do make & ordain this my Last will & Testament in manner & form following First & Principally I Commend my soule into the hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping through the Meritts of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have fule & free remission of all my sins & to Inheritt Everlasting life & my Body I Comitt to the Earth to be Intered according to the Discretion of my Executrixes hereafter named & Touching my Temporal Estate which it hath pleased God to bestowe upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth Item I give to my son Wm Cullen of Norwell the sum of Ten pounds To be paid him within Twelve months after my decease Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Cullen of Kelham the sum of Ten pounds to be paid her at Six months after my decease & ten pound more at the end of Six months after Item I give to my Daughter Mary woodcock the sume of five pounds to be paid her within a year and an half after my decease & if it should so happen that my Daughter Anne Cullen shall depart this life before any Partition or division is made of the Estate due to her as Joynt Executrix with her mother I doe hereby order and my wile is that Mary my Loving wife the Surviving Executrix shall Pay to my daughter Mary woodcock the Sume of Ten pounds more within one year after such departure all the rest & residue of my personal Estate goods and Chattels whatsoever I give & Bequeath to my Loving wife Mary Cullen & Ann Cullen aforesaid and do make them fule & Joynt Executrixes of this my last and Testament revoking all former wills by me made whatsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal this tenth day of December in the Year of our Lord 1725.
